I recently had carpet and vinyl fitted by Mark and Paul, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and professional. Mark and Paul did an excellent job with the fitting. Their workmanship was first-class, and they clearly take pride in what they do. The carpets and vinyl have been fitted perfectly, with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and tidy when they finished. Hassan was also fantastic throughout the process. His communication was excellent, keeping me informed and making sure everything was organised and running smoothly. Overall, a brilliant service from a great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality carpet and vinyl fitting.

Right, cuuusssstooommerrrsssss! (Lol) I was initially lured in by an Instagram video, which immediately caught my attention because it showcased the best priced herringbone flooring that I had seen. It genuinely stood out compared to other options I had been considering. As a result, my mother in law and I made the 35-minute journey from Birmingham to visit the showroom, and I am very pleased to say that it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after by Zain, who was extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. He spent around an 1hr walking and talking with me and my MIL carefully explaining the different herringbone ranges, other flooring options and carpets available, and what would best suit our needs. What I particularly appreciated was his honesty. On a few occasions, when I was drawn to a more expensive option, he advised against it because it would not have been the most practical choice for the way the space would be used. Even if that meant choosing a slightly cheaper product, his focus was clearly on what was right for us rather than on making a larger sale. My MIL loved his banter with her. I was also somewhat apprehensive about investing in the more expensive underlay. However, Zain took the time to explain the benefits of the Cloud Nine underlay in detail, and once it was fitted, I completely understood the difference. It feels incredibly comfortable underfoot, genuinely like walking on clouds, and it has made a noticeable improvement to the overall finish. So well done, Zain. The in-store buying process was smooth and professional throughout, and I felt like a genuinely valued customer. Everything was clearly explained, and there was no pressure at any stage. Zain had called me up to make sure that everything was still fine for the order and to schedule a fitting date; these small gestures have a big impact for a tailor-made service . We did have to reschedule the fitting twice due to delays with our builders (builders will always be builders at the end of the day), but the company was accommodating and understanding each time. When the fitters came, they arrived promptly and worked right through the day from around 9:30am until close to 7:00pm. They were very friendly and professional, and their standard of cleanliness was excellent. They worked in a very clean and organised manner throughout the day, were respectful of the space, and even during their lunch break they kept everything tidy. At the end of the job, they left the house spotless and ensured everything was finished to a very high standard. Overall, it has been a very positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to others looking for quality flooring and honest, knowledgeable service.

Hassan was a great help from start to finish and simon the fitter got straight down to the job and got it completed to a very high standard. Will be recommending these guys for sure in the future. Thanks you for the new studio flooring everyone that has seen it loves it

10/10 service with outstanding staff and a smooth, hassle-free process from start to finish. The supply and fitting were excellent. We had laminate flooring fitted three years ago and again today in another part of our home, and the quality has been consistently impressive. We have received nothing but compliments. Zain was fantastic throughout, offering helpful advice and guidance in choosing the best options to suit our home, and providing excellent support with the supply. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service provided by the team at Deluxe. At first I was reluctant to purchase flooring from a different city, but the offer nationwide delivery and fitting. They have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of flooring and always available to help. Highly recommended!
