Umar was great. On arrival he came and spoke to us talked about the different options and guided us through whole purchase. Real quality product and top service.

Had a great conversation with Umar regarding buying some flooring for our first home and he was instantly welcoming and so helpful in letting us know more so we could make a better decision, he catered to our requests in what we were looking for swiftly and shown us a varied range of colours and materials for us to compare. Honestly the best customer service I've seen in a long time he was so friendly and easy to talk to.

From entering the shop and purchasing what I want it was fitted within 3 hrs. They have a great selection in store ( Cannock) the staff i dealt with Phil and Omar were really approachable friendly and gave great advice on my specifications. The fitter Shiraz arrived on time was friendly and cleaned up after the job and helped me carry my furniture back into the room afterwards. Over all was a great experience and would definitely use again very soon in the future when I need replacement carpets. Have no negatives all round postive experience.

My first experience at flooring superstore was incredible i was assisted by Phil and Jack to help me work out sizing and prices and quality differences . I was amazed by their knowledge and proffessionalism . The service was really good and i was comfortable shopping there. I have purchased a beautiful vinyl and will definately be back for a carpet in the near future
