Bought a new build house and these guys were the supplier for the flooring. While the laminate flooring downstairs is perfect, the carpet on the stairs and landing is so heavily worn now after 18 months that it needs replaced. Also the laminate flooring in one of the upstairs rooms wasn’t glued down and ripples show in it all the time to the point where I have to regularly move the floor back into the corners of the room again. Such poor quality carpets and fitting. The major gripe I have is when I contacted Carpetworld, James told me that the wear and look of the carpet is normal and then ignored me after that. This is so unprofessional and rude.
Good carpet, very good price and Paul could not have been more helpful. I have to say though that David and Corey (carpet fitters) did a fantastic job fitting carpet to tricky stairs. The job took longer than we all expected but they did a fantastic job. Thank you very much!!! 🌻
Got a lovely carpet from here the fitters came when they said , the carpet is really lovely down. Staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful.very pleased. Highly recommend .
Staff here come across as genuinely nice and helpful. Advice was offered for long lasting and hard wearing carpet for high traffic stairs. Waiting times for carpet fitting were not long at all, and carpet fitters arrived on the day and time they were supposed to. We did have a small issue after carpet fitting on the landing however the guys at Carpetworld did go to extra lengths to make it right by offering to refit the landing carpet or offer a partial refund. We would definitely use Carpetworld again in the future, as it seems like a friendly, well run, family business that actually cares about their customers.

Friendly and excellent service, with good understanding of products and reasonable price. Ordered a wool bound carpet for our living room and very pleased with end result. Would use again for future projects.
