Coventry-based Ambiance Vinyl Flooring draws consistent praise for the quality of its luxury vinyl tiles and the service surrounding them. Customers describe a trade-focused supplier with a wide selection of styles and colours, where staff are repeatedly called friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Several reviewers highlight the expertise and advice available, noting that the team can point customers towards a fitter when needed. The fitting itself attracts frequent commendation: work is described as beautifully executed, with named fitter Ryan mentioned for his experience and the finish achieved on American walnut tiles.

Repeat business is a recurring theme, with customers returning for additional rooms after being pleased with earlier installations, often after seeing a relative's floor. Herringbone and slate-effect designs come up, along with the durability and ease of working with the product. Reviewers mention the showroom as clean and tidy, and the process of choosing from samples is described as straightforward. Praise centres on a combination of product range, knowledgeable staff and the standard of installation, with customers noting they plan further projects such as bathrooms and lounges.
