We used Abstract LVT and they were absolutely superb. Steve and his team showed us the Amtico range at their showroom and were brilliant at advising us on what would work and giving us ideas. They did exactly what they said and the floor they fitted in our hall, living room, downstairs bathroom and kitchen has transformed the look of our downstairs. Their attention to detail and expertise was brilliant and we couldn’t be happier with our new flooring. They were really friendly, knowledgeable and worked incredibly hard. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Abstract LVT Flooring. They were superb.
I can't speak too highly of the fantastic job that Steve and his team have done. From beginning to end they were thoroughly professional and highly skilled. During the initial survey Steve discovered a couple of problems with our original floor that had my wife and I feeling more than a little anxious about. However, Steve reassured us and worked with our builder to seamlessly make the problem evaporate. The installation of the floor was managed by Ricky, and he again did everything possible to make the experience stress free and even enjoyable. We will be installing antics flooring again and I wouldn't even consider using any other company - you shouldn't either! Paul Cooper
Having decided we wanted Amtico flooring in our lounge and hall we contacted Abstract LVT. Would highly recommend. From beginning to end our experience with Steve has been above and beyond exceptional customer service. Very happy with our new floor. Steve was recommended to us by our architect. We have had the whole ground floor fitted with Amtico parquet flooring. It proved to be a major challenge due to circumstances outside Steve's control but he quickly provided us with solutions and the end result is stunning. The installation was a continuous flow throughout without any borders. This required careful planning and setting out to achieve a seamless result - Steve and his team went to great lengths to ensure a great result and were professional and conscientious throughout.
Proffesional but friendly team! Kept us well informed of schedules and material deliveries. When it came to fitting, they were polite and tidy throughout. The final result was well executed and stunning.
