Does an acceptable job on the floors, but reliability is a serious issue. We had a job booked in June and confirmed weeks in advance. When I texted to double-check, Keith told us he’d forgotten he’d booked a holiday, so the work had to be pushed back, causing significant inconvenience. We later booked him again to do two more rooms. Before the first room, we messaged to confirm and were told his van had broken down, meaning another delay. This was extremely frustrating as we had decorators, tilers and a sofa delivery scheduled around the flooring work. He was then due to come this Monday. When I texted at 8:30am to ask what time he’d be arriving, he rang to say he thought he’d texted on Friday to delay until Tuesday (apparently due to yet another van issue). I explained that this was becoming unworkable as we had other trades lined up, at which point he simply cancelled the job altogether. This has left us with an unfinished room just before hosting for Christmas, as we were unable to get anyone else in. Based on our experience, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a reliable, professional service.
