John did a great job on our newly purchased 125 year home with original floor boards. Took the time to understand what we wanted and delivered exceptionally well. Initial quote was based on photos and measurements, and then a visit when we wanted to go with the company. The price actually was slightly cheaper on completion, refreshing. John is a gent. Thanks!

John came out to look at my floor. He was very friendly and said he would send me a quote as soon as he got home. It’s now 10 days later and in spite of a polite text asking for the quote and giving my details again in case he had lost them I have had no response . . If he felt he couldn’t do it he could have said so at the time or rung me to tell me. . It is time wasting and very unprofessional. I

Our experience with Floorcraft was extremely positive. John assisted us with his expert knowledge during the laying process of our reclaimed parquet flooring project and then done an amazing, high quality job sanding and sealing the floors with a beautiful raw look as we requested. It is an absolutely beautiful job that we are so happy with. He was also very quick at responding and patient with all our many questions. Would definitely recommend.
