It was my daughter who recommended First Choice Flooring Solutions Ltd to me, as she had had such a positive experience with them. I contacted Tom, he came across as friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the products he supplies. He provided a very competitive quote promptly, I agreed on Wellington Oak from the van Gogh range. Tom came out at the end of the first week of preparation work carried out by my kitchen company. Tom prept the floor this was two days work as there were three different levels in the kitchen. Tom returned when the kitchen had been fitted and fitted the Karndean. I also chose design strips which adds a very nice finishing touch to the floor, it looks a million dollars. Thanks again Tom for doing a great job. I would highly recommend this company. Having just recently bought a house and wanting to move in as soon as possible our first choice of flooring was going to be carpet. However thinking and discussing our options i turned to the internet and searched for local flooring specialists. Left messages and visited a few businesses to see our options and quickly realised that laminate was going to be required, albeit the floor was uneven and needed dealing with. We were led down the laminate path and didn’t really touch on LVT until 1St Choice Flooring got in touch and Tom visited. We were surprised and intrigued at how the Karndean LVT looked and felt. Tom recommended we visit the Karndean showroom, although nearly 2hrs drive away, before deciding. We took his advice and made an appointment. The Karndean showroom was a good call and we decided want we wanted by the end of our visit. The next stage was arranging with Tom to get the flooring sorted and the Karndean fitted. We were given a fitting date within 2 weeks, which was brilliant, that would take 4 days to complete. Mikey, Toms brother, did the installation and was great due to his attention to detail and went out of his way to ensure any small elements or additions were taken care of. The complete end to end process was methodical, accurate and on time. In all I’m very pleased with the flooring and the advice/guidance given by both Tom & Mikey. Thank you both and for also giving me Max’s number who fitted the skirting.

After having a disastrous time with a certain cowboy company, who had promised so much and let us down on a number of points. We were lucky enough to find First Choice Flooring Solutions Ltd via Google, whose reviews by customers were very positive, having viewed photographs of their work we made contact with Tom. Right from our first telephone call the service was second to none, Tom was prompt, professional and polite, he clearly knew his products and his survey was extensive, even testing our floor for damp. We agreed on a style of floor and also chose “design strips” which has brought the floor to life, giving an authentic looking finish. Mikey who fitted it was a pleasure to have in our home, he’s done a beautiful job and we are over the moon with the service, communication, product and fitting.
