Went in on the off chance whilst in the area. Lisa came and assisted me. Very helpful and friendly. Sourced victorian quarry style tiles I needed from her store aswell as Inverness. Great service.

I was able brouse the shop but was given help when I needed it . Lisa gave me lots of helpful advice about styles, colours and sizes of tiles. She also noted down the tiles details for me in a leaflet to take away. Lisa ordered in a tile sample for me that wasn't in store. Great Service!

We had the best experience with Jake at the Wellington road branch in Aberdeen. He was so friendly and super helpful every step of the way. Was able to help me find exactly what I wanted without overwhelming us with millions of samples. Knew exactly what he was doing. Making everything so straight forward and easy.
