Can't recommend this company highly enough! Great customer service, huge choice of products and the fitters were so professional, helpful and skilled. So nice to be able to give the job to a local firm rather than a big store because it is more personal and relevant.

Fantastic company. Great selection of products, endless patience with my slow decision making and good advice where needed. Most importantly the final result is outstanding, real care has been taken with the fitting. We had LVT replacing a wood floor and the fitters have been so careful in selecting the ‘planks’ mixing up the order they are laid in, rotating them and so on. You would be really hard pressed to spot that there was any repetition of the plank design even in quite a large room. It looks as much like real wood as it possibly could as a result. They also managed our tricky staircase and rails very neatly. Overall, very impressed.

Requested a quote for laying engineered wood flooring and amtico as a comparison. Took about 5 weeks to get a quote after chasing for an update 3 times. Each time was given the excuse that the guy who took measurements had not passed these onto the sales team even though phones were invented some time ago….finally received a quote but only for amtico and not the wood flooring which we were really looking at. All in all a very disappointing experience - wouldn’t recommend.
