TAYLOR FLOORING (floor Sanding Services)

Homeowners bringing tired or decades-old timber underfoot back to life make up the bulk of the feedback for this Belfast floor sanding specialist, and the results described are consistently striking. Eddie, named in nearly every account, is credited with transforming wooden floors that had been written off as beyond rescue, including maple boards marked by stiletto heels that another contractor had declared impossible to remove. A handful of customers describe floors of twenty or thirty years old emerging from the process looking new, with sun-damaged sunroom boards and kitchen floors cited as particular successes.

Fast turnaround is a recurring theme, with more than one job completed within a single day. A number of reviews mention the absence of dust and mess, an outcome they describe as surprising for sanding work. Value for money and a professional manner come up often, alongside Eddie's friendly and genuine approach on site. Praise centres on thorough preparation, clean finishing and a willingness to take on problem floors. The same sanding and restoration service is used by repeat clients, with one customer returning for a second project after an initial restoration.
