A G Rodgers Ltd carries out floor sanding and restoration work around Holywood, alongside painting and decorating, and the feedback left by customers centres on the standard of the finished floors. Adam, Rory and Nathan are named regularly for their professionalism, friendliness and close attention to detail. Reviewers describe restoring old parquet, oak and wooden floors that had lain hidden under coverings for decades, some believing them beyond saving, and report that the surfaces came up looking new, including in awkward areas around radiator pipes.

Clear communication, reliability and punctuality come up repeatedly, with quotations arranged without delay and work completed when promised. The tidiness of the team is mentioned often, as is their readiness to return for post-project touch-ups. Customers also value the advice offered, such as bringing in a joiner to handle floorboard repairs, and note extra jobs including sanding and lacquering a breakfast bar, sanding and repainting a staircase, and interior and exterior painting. The consistent thread is a hard-working team delivering a high-quality finish and responding promptly to snagging.
