Wonderful company providing an exceptional service. We couldn’t be happier with our carpets and kitchen flooring. Fitters were excellent and left the whole place looking immaculate.

Hugely disappointed with the service received from Rainbow Carpets. The carpet itself, the Primo Ultra, is excellent quality. Unfortunately, the carpet installer provided to us by Rainbow Carpets left two holes in our brand new ceiling plaster and did not even notify us of the damage before leaving. We were also left with dirt and debris all over the hallway cabinet and floor behind it which I had to clean up. I notified Rainbow Carpets via phone and email, and their response was to immediately refuse to take responsibility. They informed us that the damage occurred during the process of bolstering the carpet to the stairs, and immediately passed the blame onto our builders for the quality of the plaster. I notice that the installer only bolstered the first step, and left the rest un-bolstered; this suggests to me that they were fully aware of the damage they had caused and therefore made a conscious decision not to notify me before taking the cash. We have not received an apology for the damage caused to our property, nor the fact that Rainbow Carpets did not even have the courtesy to tell us; they took the money and left without saying anything. Sadly, despite the initial experience and help with choosing the carpet being excellent, I cannot recommend Rainbow Carpets due to the damage caused and subsequent poor customer service experienced. A massive shame.

Really happy with Rainbow Carpets. Steve gave great advice and came round to measure up - he was friendly and easy to deal with throughout. Phil the fitter did an excellent job, worked hard, and the workmanship was spot on. I’d definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Nothing but great things to say about Rainbow Carpets. I had to darken their halls a few times as it became increasingly clear my freeholder was unlikely to approve my original plan of a hardwood floor at my ground floor flat any time soon, and every time I turned up to the store to mill about and ask silly questions like "would.. carpet tiles work maybe?" Tony, Stuart and Gary (apologies if I got any of your names wrong lads!) were very present and polite in steering me into what an actually workable and pleasant solution would be for my first home. Tony then came out to my flat for a consultation, with a good selection of quality choices that were based on what I suggested my preferences would be, and gave some solid advice on the care of the carpet I chose being utterly honest about which bits on the manufacturer's label were worth taking at face value and which ones had... maaaybe been written entirely by a marketing department. A very quick and prompt (and fairly priced!) quote followed, with a good selection of installation dates, and the contractors that turned up were perfectly on time, professional, quick (yet thorough), and friendly. Can not recommend these guys enough. Not a single inkling of pressure sales, a clear and present interest in delivering good product and a good service, very, very clear about any potential issues that might arise with the fitting straight off the go (you were 100% right, Tony, the doors were 50/50. They do open and close post fitting, but could use with a soft sand at the bottom!). All at an extremely fair and reasonable rate!

Very pleased with our carpets from Rainbow. From the initial shop visit, to the measurements and final fitting, the team were incredibly helpful and professional. Will definitely use again in the future!
