Tried this store due to issues with flooring I got online from another supplier which could have delayed my bathroom project . Nathan was super helpful , provided info and even found the flooring that was not even on the shop floor which only just arrived into the store with the on the day delivery . Legend . Thank you

I placed a small order for some angle trims which were 2 metres long so I anticipated slightly high delivery charges and happily paid. Just after confirmation of the order, I received a phone call from a very polite member of staff informing me I hadn't given them complete delivery address details which I then did. The staff member then explained that they had another option for delivery and credited me a very decent percentage of the delivery charge. Rarely these days do you find such an honest and helpful company to deal with. I highly recommend them and thank them so much for fantastic, efficient, honest service. Brilliant!! Steve Rose.
