These guys have had someone hack my account to post a good review, I've never used their service

Extremely unimpressed with this company and their terrible service. They totally flaked and didn't show for the work confirmed 2 months prior, and never bothered to get in touch or respond to repeated calls. Totally worthless company - stay away and don't waste your time. I had booked over 2 months in advance for carpet fitting to redecorate a room at home, and was initially happy with the professionalism and the assurances that all would be done efficiently. The cost was higher than others but seemed like a good and reliable company with good reviews, so we went ahead. However this was all a sham, and we've been let down entirely. The work was meant to take place yesterday, and last week we emailed to confirm the start time. But we didn't hear back, and then have been messaging/calling/emailing repeatedly to get a hold of them, and still nothing! They didn't show and never made any effort to contact us or apologise/rearrange. This has disrupted the timings and costs for other decorating works and is a very frustrating situation when we had confirmed the work many months ago. These are completely unprofessional and unreliable jokers - do not waste your time. We luckily were able to find another more reliable fitter able to come on short notice, and at ultimately a more competitive price. I trust Natural Carpet will go out of business at this rate, and honestly couldn't happen to a more deserving outfit.

Absolutely awful service. Mark never showed up to install the flooring. We called and texted multiple times but he never picked up or provided any kind of update. He picked up the phone when we called through a different number, but then hung up on us once realised who was calling. We waited for hours but Mark never showed or called. A complete scam and terrible experience. Edit: This is not David and I am aware that you were told to self-isolate due to Covid. So we arranged for you to come on a different day. On that day, you never showed or called. Could you provide an explanation for that? The one time you picked up, you said that you were coming but then hung up and never picked up again. If you didn’t want to do the job, you could’ve just told us so instead of wasting our time. Why didn’t you show up or call us? I stand by the review and am extremely disappointed. We have evidence of trying to contact you many times. Please reconsider your response to your terrible customer service.

One of the view Natural Carpet Companies in London which was important to me. Good selection of carpets to select from but not overwhelming. Good pre-visit and advise and prompt fitting of the carpet. Extremely tidy and clean. A great little privately owned company.

An excellent experience beginning to end. Mark was responsive, efficient and completed the task at hand diligently on the day.

Mark was extremely helpful as we were planning the work, offering expert advice and coming to view the room in question. Fitting was done swiftly and to a high standard by his team, all at a great price. Highly recommend.

Mark and Sam fitted sisal carpet in four rooms of my new flat. They were charming, punctual, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them again!
