Ordered my Engineered wood flooring with fitting for my new home. The service in store from the team was fantastic! Made me feel at ease the whole time carefully explaining everything. Fitting service was easy and straight forward, my order got delivered into store for the fitter to collect and bring to the Job the fitter was also brilliant. I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you!

Awful experience, would never touch them again. Was looking to get flooring done for a spare room before moving house. Was told it can be delivered in 2-3 days so no issues. Place an order and book delivery although get told it would be sometime over the course of 3 days instead of a definitive day, which really should have been the first warning. The day of delivery comes and nothing turns up, so call the store later in the evening and get told the carperts all have a lead time of 4-5 weeks and wont be able to arrive before we have to move house and have to have the flooring installed. So we then have to get a refund and run around every other local store to find someone who can do the job in a week timeframe which isnt easy. Was also asking about turf for the new home and was originally told by the same sales person that as there was a deal on we can just out a bare minimum order in to "secure the deal" and put delivery back. Then when we were ready can adjust the order and have the deal still in place. Asked again a week later and was told that when you place an order it gets cut immediately so you cant put a minimum in to secure a deal which is complete opposite of what he said a week before. All the above was from the same salesman. Terrible experience which almost ruined selling our home, would avoid place at all costs.

The worst service I've ever had from a trades!! From the order placed on the 20th March they messed up the delivery twice and re-arranged the fitting four times without telling me. Safe yourself the grief and shop elsewhere

Do not use this store, they are charlatans. Lie to cover up mistakes, don’t call you back when they say they will. Cost of floor fit increased drastically as their quote was inaccurate, missing details and unclear. Feels like a scheme between sales team and contracted fitter to con you. I am extremely dissatisfied with service but when I complain it’s brushed off. The floor ended up getting laid well but was 9 days later than it should have been meaning I couldn’t move into new property as planned. Overall a very frustrating experience with amateur, inconsiderate service.

Ordered laminate flooring from this store in June 2025 and paid for the fitting as part of this. Flooring was fitted poorly (see photos) and had to go back to store customer service to complain. The same fitters came out again to sort the snags but it still wasn't right. Mentioned this to the customer service tram dealing with my complaint and they said they would get a date for them to come out again. After much back and forth and not getting anywhere, I decided I wanted a new joiner to come out. I asked the store to find someone else which they did and they have done a excellent job sorting the snags and poor fit (March 2026). I found this company difficult to liaise with and get answers from. I had to chase on several occasions to get answers on when fitter will be out again. Based on my experience I cannot recommend them and would avoid.

Bernard was very ready to take the order and add on various extras which I didn't necessarily want. There was no coordination of the delivery and the fitting which my carpet purchases have usually involved in the past. They don't store the carpet until the fitter is ready. The carpet was not delivered into my sons ground floor flat but abandoned outside in the communal hall - ready for anyone to take or trip over. Extremely unsatisfactory service.
