Amazing service... first class ! Dave came and measured up for kitchen, bedroom and office. Dates agreed ... BUT in between husband called up for heart surgery and I managed to break my big toe ! NO WAY could I shift furniture around myself and was ready to cancel for a while BUT Dave's fitters turned up ...did the job ...! I didn't lift a finger !! They were quick and efficient AND cleaned up after themselves ! Service like this ....well rarely exists today ! DO NOT be afraid to use D L Carpets they will not let you down !

I had a disappointing experience with D and L carpet installation service. They installed the wrong carpet apparently due to a supplier mistake. The guys seem nice enough but being nice doesn’t resolve an issue and despite numerous messages and reassurances, the issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services. Edit for full context: I chose to receieve some discount on further flooring & to spend more money with them because I know mistakes happen and would cost them more to replace it which I don't want. However I have been chasing this since 16th May with week long gaps with no reply where I had to message again to chase which shouldn't be happening if the company has made a mistake. If I was a new customer it would not take over a month to source some basic vinyl. Edit2: Seeing as you are now resorting to questioning the character of one of your customers, I think it is a perfect example of what type of business this is. You fitted the wrong carpet and didn't prioritise me or even update me on any goings on and I had to chase, we both know that's bad customer service. For anyone bothering to read this just go to a chain where if there's any issue they will actually sort it out rather than blaming you for not waiting months on end for a resolution.
