A W Flooring
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A W Flooring of Bradford carries out carpet fitting and wood floor installation, with Andy handling the work described in both accounts. One covers a newly built extension whose concrete base was uneven; he arranged the flooring and fitted it, keeping the process straightforward, then returned after a decorator damaged the new surface, showing understanding and finding a way to restore it.
The second describes relaying Quick Step flooring that an earlier fitter had left in a poor state, with Andy knowledgeable, arriving at the times he had promised and reassuring a customer who was anxious. His expertise and his willingness to put things right come through in both.

Andy came to redo my Quick Step flooring as the previous person had made a mess of it. He was knowledgeable, always there when he said he would be and assured me when I was worrying.
Andy is a true professional. Our newly built extension concrete floor was not level. Andy sorted it from ordering the flooring to fitting. Totally stress free. He even came back to repair our floor when our painter decorator fell and damaged it. He was sympathetic and thought of a solution to fix it. Our floor is back to looking beautiful. Wish all tradesman are like him genuine, professional and highly knowledgeable in his trade.
