CCS Carpets & Floorcoverings

We had CCS Carpets & Floorcoverings fit our entire upper floor (3 bedrooms, landing, stairs, and bathroom) as well as our dining room, using a mix of carpet and sheet vinyl—and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team were professional, efficient, and the quality of their work is excellent. Pricing was very reasonable, and they were incredibly accommodating with our schedule, which made the whole process smooth and convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality flooring.

Just had the final carpet supplied and fitted by CCS, and we couldn't be happier.

Yesterday Jason and his colleague came to fit our new landing and stair runner carpets. I was very impressed with his ability to fit a carpet across the landing which is a tricky space and the trouble he took doing the runner to achieve the look we wanted. We will definitely be using CCS Carpets & flooring again for other projects.

Massive thanks to Jason and his team for fitting new carpets today. They did a great job, really pleased with results. Don't be put off by the shop unit looking a bit old school with rolls of offcuts etc. They are not a flashy overpriced carpet shop like some. There are books to choose carpet from, they order it in. We even borrowed a carpet sample to take to the sofa shop nearby to check the colours would work together. We will definitely use CCS again when the bedrooms need recarpeting. Highly recommended.

Had Jason and his lads lay my new lounge carpet yesterday. 5 ⭐️ was easily given for following reasons: 🔷️ Communication - Communication is key when dealing with any business and Jason kept me informed of when he was arriving and when and why he was going to be a little delayed 🔷️ Friendliness - Jason and both his workers, (young lads) were ALL extremely pleasant, friendly and chatty. They made me feel at ease as a woman having 3 men in my home. They asked questions and didn't just assume. Again, Communication is key. They were courteous, polite and lovely. The same goes for the gentleman who works in the unit who I originally ordered the carpet from, couldn't be more helpful. He was very helpful with product knowledge, measurements, fitting and clear pricing. 🔷️ Professionalism - When the job was finished, any mess was cleared up and removed, I was asked if I was happy with the job and they made sure everything was to my standard which it definitely was. Overall, I was very satisfied with the process from start to finish and I would definitely recommend CCS Carpets and Floorcoverings to fit, lay and supply your carpet etc.

I was recommended to CCS carpets by a friend and I am so glad they did. I found them to be most friendly helpful and willing to help. The range of carpets is truly brilliant. Fitting was no problem, left them to it! when I got back nearly complete replaced bed etc and cleaned up after themselves and again so friendly.

Jason and his team did a fantastic job re-carpeting our lounge, dining room, stairs and studio room. The carpet choice, quality, finish and communication were all excellent and would happily recommend to others looking for a good, competitive service in the area.
