I can’t recommend Arbons enough. They were so helpful, professional and meticulous through out. The service was impeccable: from advice in the shop (thank you Rose for all the samples!) to John measuring up and offering expert knowledge and finally Ben fitting our new herringbone Moduleo floor. It looks absolutely stunning and was done with every care and attention to detail. Ben stayed until 8pm on a Friday evening to get the flooring finished for us and was so hard working and polite. Thank you so much to all the Arbons team.

We needed carpets for our new build property including our lounge, office, stairs, landing and four bedrooms. John was excellent throughout the whole process, from choosing the carpets through to getting them installed around our moving dates and removal company. When we went to see John, we were very undecided about our choice of carpet. John was happy to answer our never ending questions about carpets (and hoovers!), and we ultimately decided wool loop carpets throughout, including a different underlay for our office to faciliate easy movement of our office chair. We are extremely happy with our choice now that we've moved in, and have received lots of compliments about our carpets already. Nothing was too much trouble and an excellent quality job was done - highly recommend!

We used Arbons a few years ago to fit some LVT and were very pleased with the floor, so automatically thought of them when deciding to replace our kitchen floor. John was very patient and helpful throughout the process. He visited to measure and offer advice and then fitted the kitchen with Amtico tiles. He is a skilled fitter and did a fantastic job. We are very pleased with the floor and would highly recommend Arbons.

I would like to add another five star review here. For a small team, the level of care and service is incredible. I learned a lot about floors and carpets from arbons. They are so knowledgeable and patient. I deliberated a lot on the floor I wanted and they were so good at advising me. In the end I chose cork floors and carpet stairs. I love both. The finish is beautiful and there were thoughtful details that made it perfect like adding transition strips that matched our light oak bannisters and balustrades. I had previously had quotes for carpet from bigger carpet shop - these quotes were higher. I was expecting Arbons to be higher as they have a high-end reputation and a really lovely boutique showroom but the carpet quotes were not. I thought it would be the natural decision to go with them anyway given how helpful they were and how they have flawless reviews - I knew I would be in good hands. They were efficient and considerate when doing the installation. The cork flooring was a big job and they accurately estimated the time it would take. Thank you again for everything, we love our floors and stairs. Absolutely amazing company.

Very professional service from start to finish from everyone involved in the process. A special thanks to Ben for the installation. He was great to work with. He is very polite, ensured the house was kept clean, and his attention to detail, especially with the herringbone pattern, is really worth mentioning. I am extremely happy with how the installation turned out. Highly recommend!

Yet more amazing work from John and the team with Ben doing an exceptional job with LVT in our main bathroom and en-suite. Topped only by the awesome black carpet in our bedroom, lush to walk on and adds a real sense of luxury, fitted by Ben and James on day two. Throughout, both worked professionally and tidied as they went leaving everything top notch. John worked up a great value offering coupled with expert advice to get the effect we wanted and help us make the right decision in the end. Arbons have additionally carpeted our lounge and laid LVT in our kitchen, hall, WC and garden room. Thank you team Arbons🏆
