We had an issue with our fitting but we spoke to the store and they sorted it so now we're really happy with our new carpets. Big thanks to Adam and Mark for great customer service. Will use again.

Don’t waste your money with this company. The customer service was appalling from start to finish. Staff seemed completely unaware of what was going on and kept giving vague, unhelpful information instead of clear answers. Carpets were ordered in the wrong size and I had to chase them down to get them to get the correct size. The fitting quality was just as bad. Less than 24 hours after installation, part of the carpet is already lifting from the floor. For a professional fitting service, this is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care and attention to detail. Overall, a very disappointing experience with poor customer service and substandard workmanship. I would not recommend buying carpets or paying for fitting through this company.

3weeks waiting for a measurement appointment only for them not to turn up or even be bothered to call. Seriously poor service and hence to say I’m going elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from Mark. Found exactly the right carpet for my neices bedroom. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.
