Whitegate Floor Care

Another sterling job by the fabulous team of Ben and Daniel. After sanding and sealing and restoring broken and damaged boards for us upstairs last year, we asked if they could come and sort out the sitting room. Previous owners had sanded the floors but hasn't sealed them properly and the dirt was embedded into the wood. Ben gave it a light sand to remove the crud, primed and then added two coats of the lacquer, suitable for heavy traffic areas. It looks absolutely beautiful and nary a mark on the newly painting skirting boards. Ben also filled some old worm holes and replaced some very wood wormy boards with reclaimed timber and you can barely see the difference at all. Looking forward to their next visit in July to do the same in the dining room and the stairs- we had to do it separately as there's nowhere else move the furniture to!

Absolutely fantastic service from Whitegate Floor Care. They repaired damage to my carpet caused by my cat, and you honestly wouldn’t even know it was ever worn. They also went above and beyond by doing a few extra patch repairs, which I really appreciated. Professional, friendly, and high-quality work throughout. 10/10 – would highly recommend!

I contacted whitegate floor care to come and correct work i had done on my wooden flooring by someone eles it needed sanding and varnishing. I cannot recommend them highly enough Ben and Daniel came to my house for two days there work is exceptional with great attention to detail and really good communication keeping me updated on every stage of the work also Carol in the office was very helpful and friendly.

Whitegate have cleaned our carpets and upholstery several times now and I always go back to them as their service is so good at a good price! They are professional, well-mannered and always show up on time for quotes and for the job itself. The carpets and upholstery are always thoroughly cleaned. They have also cleaned and sealed our grout recently and it looks great. They really know their stuff and will always talk about after care, which products they recommend for different surfaces and so on. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Whitegate highly enough. They were neat, tidy and conscientious. The repair is flawless and I am so pleased!
