Value Floors - HALL GREEN, BIRMINGHAM

Value Floors have done numerous amounts of jobs for us ,great quality of materials and always a fantastic job of fitting, highly recommend

Good range of product for all budgets and helpful staff.

I visited Value Floors Birmingham recently following a strong recommendation from my builder, who is exceptionally customer-oriented. While I initially had feeling that something is off, my experience during the order collection revealed a significant lack of professionalism that I feel others should be aware of. Professionalism & Respect: Unfortunately, I found the attitude here to be unprofessional. It was particularly disappointing to encounter a staff member who held clear preconceptions about some community, despite appearing to be from the same background himself. Service Issues: I had enough confidence in my builder's recommendation to place an order. However, the behavior I encountered during collection was so poor that if the product hadn't already arrived, I would have cancelled immediately. Inflexible Policies: I was informed late that they would not accept returns for any unused remains. Furthermore, when I asked for the measurements, the staff member actually tore them up in front of me, stating it was "their work." This forced me to return to the property to retake simple measurements myself. Better Alternatives: Due to this experience, I chose not to order my carpets here. I instead went to another vendor where the customer service was excellent and far more welcoming. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. While the pricing might be competitive, the lack of professional engagement and the assumptions made about customers make it difficult to recommend this store to those who value a respectful business relationship

Maz was so helpful, he took the time to explain my options clearly, making sure I chose the right flooring for my needs. His advice was knowledgeable. I am so pleased with the service would highly recommend. My floor is lovely so pleased with the results.

Great service from Value Floors, a lot cheaper than any other place we went to & the Quick Step flooring is really high quality. Purchased, ordered & fitted in a week. Thanks Maz

Helpful and understanding. I ordered some flooring but the flooring company messed up and it ended up being late, almost too late as my bathroom was already being worked on. I cancelled and was buying a backup when i was called to say it had just been delivered to the store. They were really nice and refunded me the cost of one of the boxes which was really appreciated.

Maz was very helpful in providing samples and costs for what I want very quickly, and explaining the processes etc. The fitting was done within two weeks of booking and the final result I’m very happy with
