Great staff and carpets, however we checked the invoice and found out we had been overcharged. Please check your invoice and match the unit price against the square meterige. We was overcharged by £120. Please be vigilant.

We were greeted by and helped by Ray. Customer service was brilliant. Left us to browse but then really happy to help when asked. Was honest about everything and we managed to find what we were looking for at a good price. We have brought from United Carpets before and would highly recommend to friends

Excellent service very quick and efficient 🙂 Footnote, don't over estimate as they won't take anything back, I only needed what my plumber thought was two packs of flooring we managed with one......guess it's a really really special order and we can't take it back....so I am left with nearly £100 box of flooring which is useless to me......there's no signs saying you can't return things🤬
