From first contact, the communication was great, and we knew what was going to happen each step of the way. Our floor was covered in plaster and was hidden under carpet for over 15 years, and was so dark you could not really see the herringbone pattern. The team stripped it back to the natural wood colour, filled in the old hearth (we sourced the extra bricks) and then let us see a number of different stain options to get the look we were aiming for. I would not hestitate to use them again.

Ian and his team carried out their wonderful and thorough restoration of our previously unloved 1905 Edwardian semidetached bedroom floor. Being an American I had no idea how this worked but Ian guided me and patiently answered all my questions — he even added a gap filling service I didn’t know was needed. You can see the huge difference his work made to the room! He even came out again with no charge to fix a floating floorboard not secured by previous residents. Such professionalism! Absolute professionalism from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. Got them to sand and lacquer my parquet floor which was restored to an amazing standard. Pictures speak for themselves, if you are in doubt about whether to book them in just do it, you won't be disappointed!!!
