I didn’t realise that the tub I got earlier from City Plumbing was the same kit you sold me. I did my first ever kitchen project this week, and I used toops for materials (except tiles). The lady at the counter was extremely helpful, nice and supportive.

Really helpful and friendly. Chris was busy with a customer at the till point, but noticed me waiting in the aisle. Although he seemed to be on his own, he came over to me promptly and showed me to what I was looking for. Really good advice given as this will be a DIY project. I'll definitely be back with my girlfriend as she'll be making the final decision!
