First ever visit to this store and what a experience, Chris is brilliant so knowledgeable shairs his knowledge and give very good advice hence purchased lot of flooring skirting unerdlay. Then to capital all proves a fitter he would only recommend knowing the job will be done rite. Will be back for more and highly recommend.

We had our living room flooring fitted with Ted Todd Sherwood. Chris from the Floor Store was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and fitting. He also gave us advice on cleaning the flooring, once fitted and sorted out the cleaning products for us. We are extremely happy with the service we received. We had the flooring fitted by Brian Fern, whom Chris recommended. He did an excellent job fitting the floor. He was very experienced in fitting the flooring and kept the job clean and tidy. Brian also adjusted our doors to fit the flooring. Highly recommended.

Ben was my initial contact and he was very helpful from the moment I asked for information. I took away various samples and once I arrived home, my wife selected the Luxury Vinyl that first caught my eye. Ben was not pushy and very approachable. Phil visited my home the next day and measured up. Very polite and friendly team. Visited again today and spoke with Chris the Manager and I was most impressed by the excellent service. Absolutely amazing service from the guys! Made to feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked into the shop and were approached! Quality products, service, pricing and most of all a store that actually that works with you. So happy to have found this gem of a store, we do not shop anywhere else now. They house a wide variety of items, (laminate, vynl, lino, tiles) the full works!

I bought my flooring from here by chance after walking past and having already ordered with another (much more expensive) company... Chris did me a quote and was almost 50 per cent cheaper than the big company I had booked and also much cheaper than other quotes I had. The laminate is such good quality and looks great now it is fitted. I can't tell you how friendly, honest and accommodating this guy is, he truly was an angel at a time of great stress for me. He was straight about what was cheaper and just as efficient as more expensive flooring and add ons and organised fitting also so quickly. 5 stars for Chris an amazing genuine guy with great quality products and fitting services. I will be using his company again and would recommend him to anyone needing quality affordable flooring without stress and fancy sales pitches!
