We visited Tapi Carpets last night hoping to organise carpet fitting quickly, as we’re preparing to put our house on the market. Terry couldn’t have been more helpful — he arranged everything swiftly and kept us updated throughout. The price was a little higher than some other quotes, but the level of customer service and turnaround time have been well worth the extra investment. Terry even called to let us know he’d managed to move our installation forward from two weeks’ time to next Thursday, which was such a great surprise! Highly recommend — friendly, efficient, and genuinely focused on making things easier for customers.

We were served by a lovely gentleman named Martin who couldn't do enough for us he showed us a range of carpets that would be suitable for our stairs and landing, he was very freindly and knowlegable and gave us a fantastic price and I won't hesitate on returning to your Tapi store in stoke on trent in very near future for our bedroom. Absolutely brilliant service. Our house was being completely refurbished so we needed flooring/underlay/accessories for every room. From the moment we stepped through the door where we greeted by Mark and Steve to fitting day, the experience has been seamless. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark and Steve, from advising, quoting, us changing things, re-quoting, asking questions to the team of fitters who were amazing.
