Can’t fault the service from showroom staff to carpet fitters Alan and Michael who I would have to say went above and beyond. It’s always a bit stressful having workmen in your home but they definitely made the process so much easier. Would definitely recommend 😊

We had a hall carpet to be fitted with several areas of difficult detail to be addressed. The carpet was fitted to a high standard addressing the detail. Very neat job and a very satisfactory service overal.

We just recently had flooring fitted by Sunderland carpet centre and the experience with them again was amazing. We are a returning customer and from the start to the finish it went very smoothly. The flooring is top quality, the fitting is perfect and the two lads that fitted the floor were very friendly, very professional, excellent at their work. Two great lads. Highly recommend the company and the two fitters.

What a lovely shop, we took my mother in law to buy a new rug and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Genuinely felt so welcoming and just wanted to help as much as they could. There was a huge range of lovely rugs it was so difficult to pick! We will definitely be coming back when we renovate our house!

We recently had herringbone Amtico flooring installed throughout our downstairs and carpet fitted upstairs & the results are absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Adele and Steve in the office were brilliant. So helpful, friendly & really made the whole process easy for us. The installation team were just as great - professional, hardworking and the quality of their work is spot on. We genuinely couldn’t fault them.
