At first, the job on my floor done by the people from the company seemed okay, but after a few days or so, I noticed the flooring had many gaps and cracks that weren’t covered. So overall, the job was done very poorly. I called them regarding this issue countless times over the course of a few weeks, but received no response at all. I had to resort to using a different phone (and number) to call them, and they picked up immediately, which obviously meant they were just avoiding my calls the entire time. After I got through to them, they would either make up a lot of excuses on why they didn’t call, and then tell me they would call me back in a few hours or a day later…spoiler alert, I never received the call back. This happened several times after, all ended up with the same result. The customer service was horrible and my problem was never resolved. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone, if the job gets done good the first time, that is great, you are very lucky…but if any problems comes up, do not expect to get through to them in a call or expect them to come back to finish the job or fix their mistakes, it will not happen.
