Just had our stairs and small bedroom fitted. Love the carpet and Keith the carpet fitter has done an excellent job.

Our whole experience has been amazing from start to finish and we can’t thank you enough! From helping us with ideas, advice, and even when I had my panic about whether I had made the right choice, everyone has been absolutely amazing. The level of detail and workmanship in the fitting is honestly second to none and I wish other trades people took as much care as Cyle and the other lad (apologies I didn’t get his name) did. We couldn’t be happier with the result, thanks to everyone. I couldn’t recommend Northern Floorcraft enough and will definitely be back when I move onto the next room.

Only discovered this company recently through Headlams trade flooring and I can honestly say their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Stunning range of carpets, Kardean and Amtico LVT flooring and they really do go out of their way to help you, which is blooming rare these days! Prices were great too. We only just discovered my father in law has used them for years and never goes anywhere else! I don’t write reviews that often but I just had to for this company. I’m so pleased with experience we’ve had. In the future we’ll be coming back for sure for our bedroom carpets and our kitchen flooring. Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Steve, Julie and Keith!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. In the showroom Julie and Stephen were really helpful, they provided great advice and let us borrow the large sample boards of Amtico LVT which helped us choose the right one for our home. Bob measured up and gave advice on the tile choice to help keep costs down. Cyle the fitter did an amazing job fitting the small Amtico tiles in parquet style and was meticulous when it came to the inlay detailing we wanted. We are delighted with the finished result, thanks to all the team, we have no hessitation in recommending Northern Floorcraft, they did a quality job at a competitive price.

Very happy - the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, great advice received on which carpet to choose for our purposes and how to get the best value for our budget. The fitters did a great job, lifted and took away the old carpets, moved furniture from room to room, all done in half a day. Will be happy to recommend to family and friends, thank you 👍🏻
