Ollie is an expert and perfectionist. He laid a new floor in a small and complicatedly shaped utility room and he reconditioned the floor in the main kitchen. Both look amazing. So much better than we imagined. We found Ollie friendly, communicative, efficient, prompt, tidy and excellent at what he does.

Norfolk Wood Flooring sanded and oiled the floor in our kitchen/living area’s. It was a large area however they worked hard and it was completed in a week with an amazing finish. Ollie did a fantastic job replacing our old parquet floor with a new engineered wood floor. The new floor looks and feels great, and we’re very pleased with it. You can tell that he takes pride in his work- everything is done to the highest standard. What we particularly valued was Ollie’s help and advice in the early stages to choose a suitable floor- he really knows his stuff!
