First time using Mr Floors in Chorlton and we're very happy with the end results. David was really helpful and patient throughout our process and provided great products and service. We had herringbone LVT in the kitchen and laminate herringbone in the study, and some screeding to level all the uneven areas. Fitting was planned weeks in advance and everything went to plan with a perfect result. Would recommend and use again.

I had an amazing experience here. Dave was fantastic to deal with and was so helpful and knowledgeable. I really couldn’t recommend Mr Floors more. We initially were looking at more expensive flooring but due to unevenness in the surface, Dave advised us that it wouldn’t work, and showed us floors that would. The honesty was really appreciated and everything was explained to us very clearly. Both the fitters and the people uplifting and removing our carpets were absolutely brilliant. They did a fantastic job, were so friendly, and cleaned up well when they had finished. They even finished earlier than we expected which was great. We ended up needing the bottom of our doors cut slightly and some of the surface had to be evened out before the floor could be fitted, which was done really well and with no issue. The communication was great and we felt the price was very reasonable.

I can echo all previous positive reviews. Dave gave me exemplary service when I visited the Chorlton store. Being able to take samples home overnight was a great help. He knows his products well in order to compare them and he knows his fitters well so that he knows who is best for the particular product. I can’t rate my fitter Darren highly enough. I had not been able to find somebody to lay scree in my new kitchen extension.He did this as well as fitting the floor. He was reliable ,efficient,clean and tidy. It was made clear to me from the start that anything I wasn’t happy with would be dealt with promptly to my satisfaction and this was absolutely the case. I can’t recommend highly enough

Dave is a lovely chap and this review is long overdue. He keeps in touch by texting or calling and he’s super on-the-ball. I opted for real wood flooring and it looks so lovely in our cottage. The fitter was prompt and delivery was on time. Dave has amazing energy and will keep you updated on everything- a rarity these days. I do wish I had gone with the darker beading as I didn’t like the stark white against the oak, but that was my mistake. Thanks again, Dave. Dan and Victoria.

Used the Chorlton shop and dealt with Pete, who was excellent and really knowledgeable. He helped us choose a floor suitable for our living room, entrance hall and kitchen with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We also used them to fit the floor and the fitter was excellent at his job and we are really happy with the finished product. The price was really good and I would highly recommend them. I walked into the shop in Chorlton and immediately found the layout helpful. David talked me through options clearly and patiently. His honesty inspired my confidence and, even though I'd one quote pending from another shop, I was impressed enough to make a decision. During measuring up, I actually enjoyed the process because of the care and consideration shown on top of professionalism and skill. On the day of carpet removal, Peter took calls from me and put my mind at rest. His conscientious approach to customer care was obvious and effective. Adil, who fitted the laminate floors in two large rooms and hallway, approximately 50m/squared, did a great job. In addition to his skills in fitting the floor perfectly he tidied up and was happy to add finishing touches despite the heat of the May Bank holiday. It was about 29° by the second day! Mr Floors accommodated all my needs from the layout of the shop to scheduling carpet removal on days 1 and 3 followed by floor fittings on days 2 and 3. I have already recommended Mr Floors to others and would not hesitate to access their services again when the need arises.

We had a fantastic experience with Dave and his team at Mr. Floors in Chorlton. From the start, Dave in the shop was incredibly helpful and he guided us through the entire process smoothly and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. His service really made a difference, as we were struggling with all the different options, and he helped us make the right choice for our floors. Communication was also excellent, and we were able to arrange the fitting very quickly after choosing our floors. Mo did an excellent job with the installation. He worked neatly, keeping everything clean, and left a great finish. Highly recommended!
