What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
A household refurbishment in Nottingham required luxury vinyl tiles across the ground floor, and Melbourne Flooring Contractors took on the work. The advice provided during the planning stage proved genuinely useful, and the price quoted was considered competitive.
The installation presented a complication, since a solid floor met a suspended one at slightly differing levels, and the fitters resolved that junction so successfully that it is hardly visible in the finished surface. The account records careful handling of an awkward subfloor detail, with the outcome centred on a neat transition between the two floor types in Ruddington.

We contacted Melbourne flooring with a view to getting Luxury Vinyl Tiles installed on the ground floor of our house, as part of refurbishment work. The advice we got was really helpful and the quote very competitive. The job was not straightforward, as there was a transition between a solid floor and a suspended floor, which were at slightly different levels. However, the guys did a great job of ensuring the transition was hardly noticeable. Very efficient workers that were able to accommodate change at short notice, due to delays in other work being carried out on site. The product was excellent too. Highly recommended. Thanks again!
