M60 Flooring Ltd

M60 Flooring Ltd is a flooring fitting company based in Manchester that specialises in the installation, sanding, repair and maintenance of all types of wooden flooring, including parquet, solid wood and engineered wood flooring. The company has been in business for twenty years and works on residential projects, historic buildings, schools, commercial property, retail, hospitality and leisure.

While most of its work is in Manchester and the surrounding suburbs, it also regularly completes projects in London and the South East. James and Andy are associated with M60 Flooring Ltd. The company has worked for The Bridgewater Hall, Purosearch and 422 TV Limited.

In Didsbury and the surrounding Manchester area, M60 Flooring has built a customer base that returns to James for wood floor sanding and refinishing over many years. The feedback points consistently to the quality of the finished surface, with several customers describing floors restored to a standard that matches or exceeds their original condition. Punctuality and reliability come up often, alongside appreciation for clear advice given before work begins, covering the dos and don'ts of sanding and the right approach for different rooms.

Reviews time and again mention James by name, noting his professional and friendly manner, his knowledge of wood floor refinishing and his willingness to answer questions at any stage. Tidiness is another recurring theme, with customers highlighting the absence of dust and mess during and after the job. Pricing is described as fair and transparent, with no unexpected additions once the work was under way. The company handles both large projects and smaller domestic jobs, including sanding and varnishing ground floors, bedrooms and kitchen floors. Several accounts note that problem areas within the wood were addressed with extra care, and that communication remained strong from the initial call through to completion.
