We had our oak flooring sanded and finished, our flooring had been damaged during a loft renovation. Lee came and had a look and assured us he could get the floor back to its original state. What an amazing job he did, and left a first class finish. He is a very professional tradesman who worked tirelessly over two days and was attentive to his work and left everything clean and tidy on completion. I would recommend 100% for anyone wanting work done. Thanks again!

Our oak flooring was in desperate need of TLC following 20 years of punishment from 2 adults and various Springer Spaniels. We saw the reviews for Lee online, along with examples of similar floors he had transformed. This gave us confidence to ask Lee to come and look at the flooring. From start to finish we weren't disappointed. Lee was very professional from start to finish and made the whole process effortless. He always arrived punctually on the days we had agreed and described the whole process to us so we knew what to expect. We can't believe the transformation he has made in renovating the flooring and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lee to others.

Had Lee in to sand and stain my existing floor which runs across 4 rooms. Did a brilliant job taking our yellow oak to a stained oak. He managed to complete within a week which was great and was done to a high quality. Very knowledgeable and great communication throughout.

Lee did an absolutely outstanding job from start to finish. Our wooden flooring was around 20 years old and looking very tired, but the transformation has been incredible. We honestly couldn’t have imagined a better result. The living room and hallway were completed over two days, and we are absolutely delighted with the final finish.

Lee is a magician. We found these beautiful but unloved wooden floors in our sitting room during our renovations. They have been transformed and the whole process was so easy and painless thanks to Lee. Cannot wait to post the photos when the room is complete so they can be seen in their best light. Lee just did a great job in fixing a tired kitchen floor. Looks as good as new, possibly even better than new. Highly recommend. Lee also was great at communicating and kept the place very tidy.

Lee did a fantastic job at sanding and treating our floor back to the original finish! It was a hard job but it was amazing how little dust was left behind considering the amount of sanding done. It was also a very quick job, done in only two days! Would highly recommend 👌
