This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was done properly and as expected. The carpet looks even better now it's been fitted. The fitting service was also excellent. They arrived on time, kept us up-to-date prior to arrival, fitted the carpet quickly and with no fuss. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

New bedroom carpet and bathroom vinyl flooring. Alex was really helpful in helping me choose the right thing at a great price and the fitters that came to fit both (on a date to suit me) were really good and have done a fab job, neat and tidy. Would highly recommend.
Kingsway offers a fantastic, knowledgeable, professional job and good quality carpets at a decent price. Nothing is too much trouble and, after purchasing the best underlay, I am bouncing around on my feet on the new carpet. I love it ♥️. The bedroom door was removed overnight to ensure a good fit. Even the joiners turned up in outdoor and indoor shoes the next day, for walking on the new carpet, when they came to put the door back on, complete with their own hoover to vac things up. My previous carpet was from Kingsway and it lasted 20 years. That was removed without a trace as well. You would not even guess anyone had been in, but for the new colour shade of my carpet. Pure quality. Every time.
Fantastic service from start to finish. Visited the showroom and Neil was very helpful explaining which carpet would suit our needs best. Measure up done the following week and we were pleasantly suprised by the price to fit stairs and bedroom carpet. Big shout out to the fitters Darren and Callum who were excellent. Always very pleasant and helpful when I go in the shop and have previously fitted carpets and laminate flooring. Fitters arrived nice and early and started straight away. Did an excellent job and I’m really pleased with the result.
