We are absolutely thrilled with the work John and Jake from JK Carpets and Flooring did on our narrowboat yesterday. ​Despite never having worked on a narrowboat before, they weren't at all daunted by the unique challenges of a boat interior. Their communication was excellent from start to finish—they were incredibly prompt, efficient, and left everything spotless. ​What impressed us most was their attention to detail; they did a fantastic job navigating the tricky built-in furniture and tight angles. It’s rare to find such high-quality craftsmanship at such a fair price. If you’re looking for professionals who are tidy, reliable, and skilled at their craft, I can’t recommend John and Jake highly enough!

Absolutely brilliant service from JK Carpets and Flooring! They first fitted carpet in our garden studio and did such an amazing job that we had them back to carpet the whole house. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. John took the time to talk us through all the options and explain every step of the process. He showed us different carpet and underlay swatches, patiently answered all our questions, and helped guide us towards the best choices for our home. He is incredibly friendly and personable, and really made us feel valued as customers. The whole team was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took great pride in their work. Jake worked tirelessly to deliver a fantastic finished result, and both Jake and James did an outstanding job with the installation. John was always on hand to make sure everything was going to plan and that we were completely happy throughout the process. Their quote was clear, upfront, and extremely competitive, and the quality of both the products and the installation has exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend JK Carpets and Flooring highly enough – a truly first-class company that delivers excellent customer service and workmanship. They deserve 100%!

Would highly recommend! Really good choice of carpets and mobile showroom was very convenient. Excellent service from start to finish, had the carpets fitted in 3x bedrooms, hallway & stairs. Had a few quotes from other companies, but J K Carpets were the most reasonable & the job was completed in a day. Would not hesitate to use again.

I contacted John at last minute having come across JK Carpets online after being let down by another large well known carpet company. I had three days to move into my new home and needed new carpet fitting up and down. John visited the same day to provide me with a quote, ordered the carpet just in time for next day delivery and Jake installed it the next day. I cannot recommend their business enough. They went above and beyond, installed a fantastic, quality carpet and at short notice. Carpet looks and feels fantastic - Jake took away the old mess and also sorted a problem with my bathroom tiles without me even asking!! I’d give you 100 stars if I could - will definitely use their services again and recommend to family and friends. Thanks again Jake and John - you are lifesavers. Goes to show, picking large chains doesn’t always give you value for money or the customer service we expect - happy to support local businesses whenever possible - get far more for your money!
