Excellent service. Good quality flooring. J&J carpets customer care is 100%, from the home visit up to finished fitting, they provide the best service. This is the 2nd time I've purchased from them. I would highly recommend.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Jess was lovely on the phone. John came to measure and brought loads of samples so that we could see them in the light of the room where they would be fitted. This was not the cheapest quote I got by more than £200. I questioned John about this and still decided to go with them because their customer care was a million miles away from the other company. Also, beware of cheaper companies: it turned out that the other company were going to use 6mm normal ply, whereas John explained that they use special flooring ply that won't peel up in a few years of use. Also he recommended 9mm not 6mm because my bathroom floor was in a bad state. I want the floor to last me 20 years or so. Therefore I chose J&J because I trusted that they were going to fit it to last. And I'm glad I did, it was done to a very high spec. Darren came to fit the LVT flooring. He called before arriving. He was respectful, quiet, polite and tidied up after himself (no random items left in my driveway as I've found with other tradespeople!). Next I need my hallway and living room doing and I'll definitely be calling on these guys. Ps, if you are a practical woman who doesn't enjoy mansplaining or doesn't like trades in the house, these are the ones for you. Respectful and transparent throughout.

Jamie did a fantastic job fitting out my full house with carpets and cushion floor. He left the house clean and tidy and explained evetything thay he was going to do. I would highly recommend JJ carpets and flooring to my family and friends and others and will definitely have them do work for me again 100%

I recently had the pleasure of using J&J carpets & flooring for my rental! Value for money is an understatement but from the very beginning of getting a quote until the carpet was laid! I cannot fault John & his team! 100% recommend to everyone as he’s probably the best person I’ve come across who treats his customers as family and is value for money! 10/10 and a special shout out to Jamie for being a good hard worker laying my carpet and vinyl is 35 degrees plus weather! Top man!

Made up with the result of our flooring! We had a new conservatory built and opened it up into the kitchen (we wanted one big open space). The flooring we had was very uneven. J&J was able to level it all out and add gorgeous herringbone LVT making it all one level which is brilliant. We also had our porch and downstairs toilet done in the same herringbone. We love it. Done to very high standards. Brilliant costumer service and very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks again guys!

Excellent service from start to finish. John came and gave a quote and was very helpful in suggesting best type of LVT flooring without any sales pressure. Darren did a fantastic job with the fitting. His attention to detail is second to none. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great job, very happy with the service. If I would advise one thing, if vinyl (or lino) is to be cut where it is laid, clean up the little white bits before applying the clear sealant.
