Can not recommend more highly. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Highly knowledgeable about what works in flooring and what doesn’t, brilliant staff friendly, efficient and reliable.

We had a rear extension to our ex-council house. Jon advised the builders about a few things and these were ignored making their job much harder and frustrated me. I unfortunately vented my frustration on Jon which was wrong of me. He remained very professional, making multiple visits to ours and went above and beyond paying for some else to do additional work which he didn't need to do and I am very grateful for. I would definitely recommend them

I just used J A Flooring for the first time and I will definitely use them again. I received a respectable quote for a reasonably-sized job from Jake who was very helpful with the decision making. The hallway and spare room were fitted with LVT, which also needed screeding to level the floor. We also had new carpets fitted for the stairs, landing and another room. Damian and Jon were the fitters. Both were very friendly but more importantly performed the job to a high standard. They even fixed a dodgy step without me asking them to. Top guys who I would recommend if using this company. Highly recommended company.

The whole team at JA Flooring, have been excellent from start to finish. From the initial advice on what to pick, right through to the fitters coming to site, everyone was professional and polite throughout. They were incredibly accommodating during my renovation project. It took longer than expected, but they were patient and understanding every step of the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am so happy I chose J A Flooring! From the moment I first visited the store to the final day of fitting, the team was incredibly friendly and professional. I had quite a few questions throughout the process, and they were always happy to help and provide expert advice. They finished the work exactly on schedule, and the quality is outstanding. They are literally the best guys in Northampton—I highly recommend them!

These guys were great. I had fitted wardrobes installed which meant pulling back carpet and underlay in a new build home. I needed someone to refit things properly afterwards in 5 rooms. J A Flooring came out at a very reasonable price, stapled the underlay back, fitted new gripper rods, and cut and fit the carpets like new. They even took the unneeded carpet/underlay/gripper rods away rather than me having to dispose of it. 5/5 no question.

Absolutely amazing people fitted everything and done a brilliant job all the staff were so friendly the two that came were also so polite and just got on with it I would highly recommend their services
