Rob from Ipswich Wood Flooring was a true craftsman his care and attention to detail was excellent. It was a difficult job with a few issues to overcome, however Rob did an outstanding job in laying the engineered wood flooring in my home. He was professional and personable throughout the whole process, from helping in selecting the wood to the fitting and then advice on the aftercare. I have no hesitation in recommending Rob and would be happy to welcome him into my home again.

Couldn’t recommend Rob highly enough. He fitted our entire downstairs flooring to an amazing standard and was super helpful in answering any questions we had. 2 years on and having undergone a small amount of flood damage last year, we mentioned to Rob that the floor had lifted slightly in areas as a result of the moisture damage. He was round very shortly after, going above and beyond to help sort the issue for us. We couldn’t be happier with our floor or with Rob and the teams service.
