Craig and his team are an obviously highly experienced crew. From the initial inspection to the final coatings everything went exactly as planned. Our hall floor is constructed of Garnwood, not the easiest to work with, it had not been resurfaced for almost 50 yrs and yet, on completion, it looked like almost new again. Craig and his team worked incredibly hard over 2 days to restore old pine floor boards in my Victorian Terrace which were full of holes and gaps. They did an amazing job and I’m so pleased with the results.

Craig and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish and did an incredible job rejuvenating our wood floor. They managed to fit our project in within just two days, and the results completely exceeded our expectations — we are over the moon! Jack and Sam were brilliant: quick, punctual, tidy, and really informative throughout the whole process. I am over the moon with my beautifully restored victorian pine floor. A few weeks earlier we had to rip most of it up because of a problem with the joists and I was told by different trades it was beyond repair. However Craig and his team were undeterred and patiently restored to its former glory. The sanding process was also sensitive as to not take too much off to retain the character of the floor. As an artist colour is particularly important to me and I really appreciated the time that was taken to get the colour of the stain just right. Matt and James even mixed up bespoke colours to stain individual boards so that they all matched in. All in all amazing attention to detail and I would thoroughly recommend Craig and his family business.

As one of the final parts of our house extension and renovation we wanted to bring our 97 year old parque back to life, the area was not that large and Craig enquired about what our plan was for the living room (the carpet was grubby) as he had noticed the floorboards were pine and high quality. As a result, doing some maths, we found it was the same cost to restore the flooring in both rooms than to do just the parque and replace the carpet. As you would expect with neat 100 year old flooring, expectations have to be realistic, and I worked with Matt to highlight areas to repair and remediate before the sanding and lacquer. Matt also created 2 custom thresholds between the hallway and the LVT flooring in the extension and to the porch, both had very specific needs, to fit over gaps, and to close a gap under the front door. They were finished to a fantastic standard and as for the floors themselves ..... fantastic! They look and feel great, not been seen for at least 40 years in the hallway and probably never in the living room, money well spent and a great team listening to your needs and wants, giving you the kind of advice you need to hear and delivered a great result. Craig and his team were extremely professional and helpful. They advised us really thoroughly, and restored an old teak floor beautifully. Also, the team was always on time, focised and efficient in their work and very friendly. We hope to work with them again some time! Definitely a five-star-rating on all counts.

Craig and his team did a superb job restoring our oak floors, stairs and ceramic tiles. We are amazed at the difference...it's like having new floors! Very clean workers, very helpful, moving heavy furniture. Fabulous all round! 100% satisfied.
