We have used Harris Flooring for new engineered wood flooring in the living rooms and wool carpets in the bedrooms. I couldn't recommend Dean and Barry more. From the initial survey visit to the end, Dean and Barry were professional, organised and clearly very knowledgeable about what needs doing. We have gone out for many quotes but nobody else gave us the same level of confidence, as it was not unusual to hear that "we will see happens when we pull the old carpets up". Dean not only measured all the rooms up but checked the subflooring where possible and measured the humidity to make sure we get the appropriate to our house solution. Dean also kindly helped us choosing great quality floors and carpets, which was very appreciated as with the number of products available that became quite overwhelming. During the works, Dean and Barry were great at communicating the progress and happy to explain when we had any questions. Everything finished on time and within the initial estimated budget which we reckon was because of the great initial survey visit. We can wholeheartedly say that especially the new engineered wood to the living space completely transformed our house and it was one of the best decisions of our whole renovation process.

I cannot recommend Dean and Barry enough. From the start, their service was top-notch and incredibly friendly. Dean took the time to sit down with us in detail before the project began to help us choose the perfect wood flooring. He was completely open and honest about every sample we showed him. Even when I was exhausted from the selection process, he never once dismissed me or ignored my questions. It was clear right away that he is a stand-up, honest guy. Both Dean and Barry were incredibly flexible, accommodating an earlier start date when our house was ready sooner than expected. Since we live a bit far and couldn’t be there every day, Dean called us regularly with updates. They were also fully transparent throughout, even giving us tips on how to prepare the downstairs floor for tiling, which they actually ended up doing for us as well! Their work is precise and detail-oriented, they do not cut corners. As someone who isn't very savvy with these things, I really appreciated that they took the time to explain everything rather than taking advantage. They finished exactly on time, left everything clean, and the price was very fair for the high quality of work. If you want professional, honest, and skilled tradespeople, Dean and Barry are the best.
Dean & Barry, arrived when they said. Extremely professional, very trustworthy as we had to leave them in our house alone. Most importantly, the floor they laid, is first class. If anyone needing work done, these are the 2 to contact.

Exceptional service from Harris Flooring. Their expertise was evident when the job they’d quoted for turned out to be more complicated than first thought (no fault of theirs).They went the extra mile to get get the job turned around on time, putting in extra hours and keeping us informed all the time as to what was happening. When problems arose, they had a solution. Nothing was too much trouble: trustworthy, helpful, friendly, punctual and highly professional. Very competitive prices. Can’t recommend highly enough, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
