First time at Global Flooring,great experience,I bought laminate flooring underlay included at an unbelievable price,I met Lewis one of the family that run there business,he was very professional and very friendly,a real nice young gentleman,if i need anything else that's were i will be going from now on,thankyou so much Lewis you were very helpful.very happy.

Great service from start to finish Lewis was very knowledgeable and helpful the fitters handled the fit with extreme care so no damage to any paint work as this was a concern I had with having a black staircase! I will return and would definitely recommend others to give them a visit 😊

We have just had a fantastically positive experience with global flooring. Our downstairs cloakroom and connected utility room recently had a dramatic hot water flood throughout the night, and our 14 year old much loved Karndean floor had to be taken up. The kitchen Karndean did not get damaged. Everyone at Global have been superb in helping us through the process of a replacement floor, via our insurance claim. Their showroom is amazing, with an incredibly broad range of floor coverings to choose from. Elizabeth helped me in store, to select a close match for our needs. I selected "bath stone", which looks good, flowing on from the original "davinci stone" design of Karndean, which remains in our kitchen. Jamie was first class in measuring up and calculating our needs. Our order was processed very quickly, and yesterday: Steve was so highly skilled in re screeding the area, and then expertly fitting our new Karndean floor. We are genuinely thrilled, and would recommend Global Flooring, 100%.

This shop has a spacious well laid out showroom displaying a Good selection of QUALITY LVT flooring, cushions flooring, carpets, rugs, trims etc. Good showroom for Karndean & Amtico LVT. Staff were very helpful.

Visited Global Flooring looking for carpet for 2 bedrooms, there was a great selection, with the assistance of the friendly knowledgeable young lady assistant, the carpet, underlay, and door bars were all selected without any pushy sales talk. The carpet was fit by brothers Darren and Jason, both friendly, personable and professional with great attention to detail. We returned to the showroom looking for a stair and landing carpet we had seen previously in another-store, spoke to the same young lady assistant who identified the carpet.This carpet, underlay and door bars purchased and a fitting date agreed upon. The fitting was again carried out by Darren and Jason to the highest standard, a very difficult fitting as the carpet was patterned and had to be perfectly lined up on the stairs and landing. The overall price was more than competitive. A brilliant job from start to finish. Well done Jamie.
