We recently purchased the Versalles Oak Parquet Laminate Flooring from Floors Direct and couldn't be happier with our choice. From start to finish, the entire ordering and delivery process was absolutely 5 star. Communication was excellent, delivery was prompt, and everything arrived exactly as expected. As for the flooring itself, the quality has genuinely exceeded our expectations. For the price paid, it is one of the best laminate floors we've come across. The parquet design looks stunning, the finish feels premium, and it has completely transformed the look of our living room. It gives the appearance of a much more expensive floor while still being excellent value for money. We are absolutely ecstatic with the final result and have received so many compliments already. We would highly recommend both Floors Direct and the Versalles Oak Parquet Laminate Flooring to anyone looking for a high quality floor at a fantastic price.

I purchased 21 sq. m flooring for my lounge. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The flooring I required was in stock so I collected the same day. My fitter was impressed with the quality of the flooring and in his words “ it went down like a dream” . Looks great 😊

Top class service as always ordered a few times now and service is second to none. Never had an issue with them flooring prices and quality wise are the best I have seen shopping around. Would definitely recommend.

Awful company don’t use!! They seem cheap and good when they use the sales talk but you get what you pay for and these are awful if something goes wrong it’s a nightmare trying to return anything or if you have products over. I really wish I’d gone through a store now.

Great customer service. Very friendly helpful staff. Happy to help after if you have any issues. Great prices and good quality flooring.
