Flooring Wise

Flooring Wise is a Birmingham-based flooring company with over 15 years of experience. Its team has more than 100 years' combined experience in the flooring industry. The company specialises in all types of domestic and commercial flooring, including carpet, vinyl, laminate and real wood flooring. It sources flooring from leading suppliers Brintons, Alternative Flooring, Kährs, BOEN and Jacaranda Carpets & Rugs, and offers the full Karndean range.

All installations are carried out by its own experts, never sub-contractors. Flooring Wise provides free measuring, quotations and floor surveys, which can be arranged outside of showroom hours. It also offers a home selection service, sending out sample books, and a measuring and planning service with a written quotation free of charge and no obligation.

Supplying and fitting carpets, lino and flooring is the core of this Birmingham operation, and reviewers repeatedly highlight the quality of the finished result. Several customers describe the communication as clear and smooth from the first enquiry through to installation, with questions answered patiently and advice offered freely. Punctuality and reliability come up often, as does the tidiness of the work: fitters are described as polite, clean and fast, leaving rooms ready to use.

The pricing is mentioned frequently as competitive and fair, with one reviewer noting a better deal than a larger competitor for the same carpet. Named employee Nakib is singled out for being honest, timely and professional. The range of carpets and lino is praised, and the fitting service is described as covering measuring through to completion.

A point made in several accounts is the willingness to travel, with a team making the trip from Birmingham to London for an installation. Customers who have used the company more than once return for further carpet and flooring work, citing consistent quality and service. Repeat business and personal recommendations from friends and family underline the impression of a dependable operation where the product, the fitting and the aftercare are handled with equal care.
