Epi (and his crew) replaced my (engineered hard wood) floors, devised a clever solution for the skirting boards / architraves, and rebuilt a cupboard. I am very happy with the execution and finishes. His rates are reasonable. He is busy and books multiple weeks in advance, but he's worth the wait.
