I placed my order online on 17th May and paid £950 in full for everything. When the flooring first arrived, it was badly damaged and completely unusable. They agreed to send replacements, but I still haven’t received them — nothing has turned up at all. On top of that, the beading I ordered is also missing and has never arrived. I’ve been waiting nearly 3 weeks now, spent nearly £1000, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. When I tried to contact their online support to find out what was going on, they blocked my phone number completely. I’ve sent emails too, but I get no reply whatsoever — they just ignore you and cut you off instead of helping. For nearly £1000, I expected a decent service and the items I paid for. Instead, I got damaged goods, missing orders, and then was blocked from getting answers. This is absolutely unacceptable and easily the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from their online store — you’ll pay a fortune, get nothing, and be left completely ignored.

Very poor experience with Floor Depot. I placed an order on 4th March which was never dispatched and remained “processing” for over two weeks. Communication was extremely poor — I kept being told they would “check and update,” but no real information was ever provided. When I asked for a refund, they simply stopped responding. I had to raise a dispute with my bank, and only then I received a temporary refund around the 24th of March, as the goods were never sent. Avoid — lack of stock transparency, delays, and no response when it matters.
