We ordered a lovely carpet from Euro Carpets, Geoff was really friendly and helpful when choosing our carpet. Price was very reasonable. Fitting was quick and I was really pleased with it. Would recommend and will be coming back in the future.

Great advice on colour for bedroom and living room to go with furniture, the fitters for the bedroom were great, and the carpet fitter who only works for Euro on Thursdays and fitted the living room was absolutely amazing even helped me with putting my fire place back after, thanks so much Olly brilliant mate. Absoloutely appauling service overall!! We visited the store and ordered a large expensive vinyl floor to be ordered and fitted. Served by Jeff who was lovely and accomodating. We planned for fitting, when our fitters arrived, they swore and complained that "its too hot for this" and managed to fit 3 rooms using only 2 tins of adhesive in 50 mins, once they left we could see varoud areas where the flooring was cut short. Despite advising that i did not want the same men back in my house they insisted they had the opportunity to "to put it right" i agreed for them to come at the end of my working day, so i could have someone else present and i was working at home, however they appeared at 12, and insisted on coming in. I asked how on earth they coukd put it right where its cut short to be told, we will just do it with clear silicon! This looked even worse. I insisted the manager came out who told me that there it may not be cut short it might be just "a gap under the skirting board" and stated as a resolution he coukd get another fitter to lift the floor in the room when it was bumping and re- lay it. And get someone to fit a new wider door rail to cover the gap there and then get a "specialist silicon person" as "there are only a couple in stoke and its really expensive" to come and add white silicon around the edges where all the gaps were!! Therefore when i asked about compensation for the additional time taken from work to accomodate more visits, the cost of the specialist silicon person was the reason this was disregarded! We then had a visit from Olly another fitter who was lovely and did re-lay the floor, change the threshold bar and silicon and did an amazing job! So in short great salesmen and brilliant fitter 2nd time! But the manager of the store told persistent lies, made promises which were not followed through with and the first fitters were terrible, rude and disrespectful. I would not step foot inside this place again

Excellent Quality, Price, Service, and Overall Customer Care. What else to say? … We have now re-carpeted three houses with large JOINTED carpets and the results are amazing. Value for Money 10/10.. Thank You!

Not Happy .Seems the carpet fitter had a bad day when fitting my landing carpet! I am now left with carpet and laminate gaps. What would you do ? let the carpet fitter rectify his " bad day" who I have no faith in. Would anyone be happy with the way he's cut the Z bars around the skirting and moulding of the laminate flooring ?

Friend needed a rug so we went along to Euro Carpets.Geoff was very pleasant and helpful not pushy trying to get friend to buy something she didn't want. Geoff collected the rug from the supplier on his way to work the next morning. Rang and said he'd got it and we could pick it up that afternoon and he put it into the car for us.
