DMS Flooring Supplies: Northampton

I visited this builders' merchant intending to buy some materials, but unfortunately my experience with customer service was very disappointing. The older lady i think her name was Rose serving at the counter was unfriendly and came across as quite rude. Her manner of speaking was dismissive and lacked basic courtesy, which made me feel unwelcome as a customer. Good customer service is an important part of any business, and sadly this experience put me off making a purchase. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and works to improve the service experience for future customers

Great experience, very helpful staff

This has to be some kind of joke. I’ve been doing renovations my whole life—I handle everything from start to finish. I wanted to buy 120 square meters of LVT flooring and open an account, but the woman told me I couldn’t open one because my purchases would be irregular since I also do other projects like kitchens and bathrooms. I hope you won’t keep treating traders this way for long. Best regards

I wish I knew the gentleman's name that helped me, but what an amazing place and such knowledgeable hard workers. My fitter sent me in to choose floors and I wish I'd come here at the start of the process. Even offered me to call if I need more advice. Highly recommend, and rhey will recommend fitters to you as well

They only sell to the trade but were very helpful, gave some good advice and recommended local fitters to us.

I have been using DMS for 10 plus years for my business supplies and they have been amazing. Not only did they support our business when we set up a shop with samples and display stands. They supported us through extremely difficult times through lockdown & Covid when it hit us hard. Tracey & Allison have always gone above and beyond to help us on a daily basis. Ross has now joined the team and what a great asset. he is a lovely young man. Obviously we are not forgetting the great help from the office staff or warehouse members as they have also been amazing without all their help over the years our company wouldn’t be as successful it is today. Simon the delivery driver has always been very efficient, extremely professional when delivering to our customers homes. Always had positive feedback. I personally couldn’t thank this company enough for their continued support on a daily basis
